Saturday August 2010 TinArt Class in my Studio in Cross Creek

TIN-ART - creative application of the New Mexican tinsmith tradition
Introduction to surface design : punching, embossing, painting, patina.
You will also learn how to safely use hand cutting, filing and the safe use of hand and soldering tools.
Projects can include ornaments and other seasonal decorative items or your own original design.
Switch-plates, picture frames, wall-hangings, night-lights, magnets, etc...

This is also a great class for mixed media artist’s!

WHEN: Saturday August 14. from 9pm - 2pm, (1 hour lunch break)

COST CLASS: $50 (including basic materials and hand outs)
